What to Expect
PILLAR BLUFF VINEYARDS Sauvignon blanc from Texas offers a unique take on this classic grape variety. While it may not hail from traditional sauvignon-blanc hotspots like New Zealand or France, this table white wine showcases the versatility of the varietal in warmer climates. Expect notes of citrus and herbaceous flavors typical of sauvignon blanc, with a touch of Texas terroir that makes for an intriguing and refreshing drink perfect for any summer gathering.
