TTB COLA Record

BUDDHA KAT CHAT NOIR GATINA PRETA

Approved Jun 25, 2018
High confidence Exact registry match — this is a specific TTB COLA record. We found a strong match for this wine.
What to Expect

The BUDDHA KAT blends Tinta Cao, Touriga Nacional, and Tempranillo grapes from an unknown origin in Portugal. This unique blend offers a rich and complex palate with violet perfume, dark fruit, firm structure, and aromatic depth reminiscent of Port wines. While the exact appellation is unknown, Touriga Nacional, one of Portugal's most important red grapes, brings its signature blackberry, blueberry, and plum notes to this wine. The Tempranillo adds a touch of Spanish character with its robustness and versatility in various styles from Rioja to Ribera del Duero. Expect a wine that can stand on its own merits or pair beautifully with a variety of dishes, including lamb, beef, and rich stews.
