HAAK VINEYARDS AND WINERY offers a unique table red wine crafted from Touriga Nacional grapes, grown in Texas. This varietal brings the deep color, firm tannin, and notable perfume characteristic of Portugal's leading red grape variety. Despite its association with cooler climates like the Douro Valley, Touriga Nacional thrives in Texas thanks to modern farming techniques, producing a wine that is both aromatic and robust, perfect for pairing with a wide range of dishes including lamb, beef, game, and rich stews.
