What to Expect
Covert WineWorks offers a delightful Table Red wine crafted from Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Durif grapes. This California blend showcases the expressive nature of Syrah, with its peppery and savory characteristics, complemented by the robust structure of Mourvèdre and the dark fruitiness of Durif. Enjoy this wine with grilled meats, hearty stews, and dishes featuring black pepper or smoked spices, all while appreciating its food-friendly qualities that make it suitable for both everyday meals and special occasions.
