This Grandfather Vineyard & Winery LLC's Table White Wine features a blend of Traminette and Vidal blanc grapes, cultivated in American regions known for their adaptability and resilience. The Traminette offers floral spice reminiscent of Gewurztraminer with cold-climate benefits, while the Vidal blanc provides crispness and versatility across various styles from dry to ice wine. Expect a nuanced blend that pairs well with a variety of dishes, from spicy Asian cuisine to fruit-based desserts. Enjoy it chilled for its freshness and balance.
