What to Expect
Novum Syrah is a delightful table wine from New Zealand, showcasing the expressive nature of this deep-colored grape. Drawing inspiration from both Old World and New World styles, it offers a balanced blend of savory peppery notes paired with rich dark fruit flavors, perfect for pairing with grilled meats, lamb, hearty stews, or dishes featuring black pepper or smoked spices.
