What to Expect
The CAUSE URBAN WINERY's Alicante Bouschet offers a unique blend of dark fruit flavors and depth, characteristic of this rare teinturier grape. Originating from Texas, it showcases the grape’s deep color and robust nature, perfect for pairing with grilled meats, stews, and hard cheeses. Expect notes of blackberry, black plum, and earth, complemented by a touch of herbal edge that highlights its versatility in various culinary pairings without compromising on structure.
