What to Expect
Ecluse offers a unique dessert-style wine crafted from a blend of Tannat, Petite Sirah, and Primitivo grapes sourced from California. With its rich tannins and deep color, this wine has a dual identity in Madiran and Uruguay, known for producing robust and long-lived wines that benefit from time in bottle. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with grilled meats, black beans, lentil stews, or aged cheeses, Ecluse's dessert-style blend promises an engaging and satisfying dining experience.
